These programs are suitable for junior and adult golfers looking to build their physical fitness for improved performance and injury prevention.

Physical Training

All golfers in this program go through an initial baseline assessment including a physical analysis, power test, as well as a strength and endurance evaluation. We also provide a golf swing 3D biomechanics analysis to identify the effectiveness of your golf swing. 

After completing our assessment, you will be provided with a tailored program that includes a course of therapy, corrective exercises and strength and conditioning workouts that will enhance your performance and reduce your likelihood of suffering injuries.
